Once you have clicked "checkout", you will be prompted to create a customer profile - details of where you want us to send the goods. It's really fast and quite useful, because you won't need to enter your address details next time (though you can always change the delivery address). We guarantee that the information you provide will never be redistributed in any way by Pet Supplies At Home.
You'll then be given a choice of payment methods, either paypal for credit card, direct deposit or cheque/money order. After this you'll be shown a confirmation page. Clicking the "Confirm Order" button on that page will finish your order if you are paying by direct deposit, cheque or money order; if you're paying by credit card, you will be taken to our PayPal secure credit card payment page. No account necessary. Just scroll down the page to credit card section, enter your credit card details, wait for confirmation, and expect a knock on your door when the postie delivers your goodies! You get confirmation of your order by email, as well as email updates as your order is packed and shipped.

We accept electronic transfer of funds. Please, use your surname as the reference.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard through PayPal only, no account necessary, just scroll down the page to credit card section. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express or Diners Club. Please be assured that your details are not visible to us and your credit card number is encrypted.
Money Order/Cheque
Please make your money order or cheque payable to Pet Supplies At Home. All payments must be in Australian Dollars. Your order will be despatched within 1-5 days after the money order has been received or when the cheque has been cleared.
Please note: Pet Supplies At Home does not accept C.O.D's.
Just in case there is a problem, we recommend that you don't remove the tags whilst trying our products for initial fit. If you are not 100% satisfied, we shall be happy to provide a refund, but please read the Shipping & Returns page: it explains what you have to do if you wish to return an item and obtain a refund.
