SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order is important to us and we will despatch the products you have ordered within 1-3 days of payment landing, if the products are in stock. If an item is not in stock, it will be placed on back-order and we will contact you immediately to ask whether you wish to receive part-delivery of your order.
Our postage and handling fees are payable with your order. They are automatically calculated by reference to your postcode within Australia.
Please note: Freight Insurance is offer at the checkout, if you choose not to have insurance you do so at your own risk, so for peace of mind and be protected against any damage or loss of goods please leave it ticked. We use Australia Post and one of the largest and most reputable freight company in Australia, whose prices are very low. This company also freights overseas for us; we will advise the price of international freight per order. You will be notified if the freight company is used with an estimated arrival date and if no one is available to receive your parcel, you will be charged a non delivery fee.
Pet Supplies At Home does not accept responsibility for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising as a result of a delay or failure to deliver the products ordered by you for whatever reason. Any clerical or mathematical errors are subject to correction.
RETURNS INFORMATION
When you receive the goods, please, do not remove the tags whilst trying the items for initial fit. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY to arrange return of the item in its as purchased condition and packet within 14 days of purchase for either a full refund or exchange. However all returned goods that are not in the result of our error will incur a re-stocking fee and freight charges.
